Wet Chemical Type
Wet chemical type fire extinguishers use a very effective soap like substance, which cools down burning oils and a chemical reaction blankets the surface. They are highly effective against, and are designed to be used for cooking oils and fats. It is therefore perfect for office, home and commercial kitchens but may also be used on paper and wood based fires. Our wet chemical extinguishers are available in 2L and 7L and have A:F class fire ratings. The stainless steel cylinder and handles are able to withstand a range of environments.

Involve common combustible materials such as wood, cloth, paper, rubber and plastics
F CLASS
Involve cooking oil and fat fires
E CLASS
Cannot be used on energised electrical equipment such as wiring, machinery and appliances
